What to include when you get in touch.

The more you tell us at the start, the sooner we can give you a precise answer instead of a follow-up question.

You do not need finished documents to reach out. A short description of your products and your target markets is enough for us to explain what each market requires and where you stand. If you already have formulas and test data, send those too and we can move straight to scope and a fixed quote.

The markets you are entering: the EU, the UK, Switzerland, the US, or a combination.
How many products you sell, and roughly what they are (for example a face serum, a body lotion, a lip balm).
Whether any product is a higher-risk type, such as an SPF, a hair dye, or an eye product, since these carry extra requirements.
Any documents you already hold: a full INCI formula, stability or challenge test results, an existing safety report, or a Product Information File.
Whether another provider currently acts as your Responsible Person, if you are thinking about switching.

If you are early and have none of this yet, say so. We will tell you what to gather first and in what order, so testing and documents come in a sequence that matches your launch date rather than all at once.

Your details stay confidential

We use what you send only to answer your question and prepare your quote. Formulas, test data and commercial plans are treated as confidential. Notifying a product later does not publish your formula either: CPNP data is released only to the competent market-surveillance authorities and to poison centres for emergency treatment, and competitors and the public cannot see it.

We prepare your Product Information Files, safety reports and notifications. A qualified safety assessor signs every safety report, and nothing is filed in your name until a person has confirmed it.

If you already know your products and markets and would rather skip straight to a price, the quote form asks the same questions and returns a fixed quote. Either route reaches the same team.

We aim to reply within one business day. A first reply tells you what applies to your products and what we need to prepare a fixed quote. If your question is simple, such as whether an EU notification also covers the UK, we answer it directly in that first message.

No. A short description of your products and the markets you are entering is enough to start. If you already hold a full INCI formula, test data, an existing safety report or a Product Information File, send those and we can move straight to scope. If you have none of it yet, tell us where you are and we will explain what to gather first.

The quote form asks a structured set of questions (your markets, product count and product types) and returns a fixed price and scope with no obligation. Contact is better when you have a question first, are not sure which markets apply, or want to talk through where you stand before committing to numbers. Both routes reach the same team.

The EU, the UK, Switzerland and the US under MoCRA. One relationship covers all four, so you do not have to appoint a separate provider in each region. An EU Responsible Person does not cover the UK or Switzerland, and each market has its own portal and rules, which is why brands entering more than one market end up managing several providers unless they use a single partner.

Yes. A new Responsible Person can take over your existing CPNP and SCPN accounts and manage future updates, so your products stay notified through the change. Tell us who acts for you now and which markets are involved, and we will explain what the transfer looks like and confirm there is no gap in coverage.

Tell us which marketplace, which market, and what it is asking for. Amazon in the EU and UK asks for Responsible Person and manufacturer details and can suppress or suspend listings that lack them. A valid Responsible Person appointment and the correct details in Seller Central are usually what a reinstatement needs, and we can prepare both.

Yes. Getting in touch and receiving a quote costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Work begins only when you accept a fixed quote, so you see the full price and scope before anything starts.
